The Yokan Lodge is an eco-friendly hotel complex, located in Senegal, south of Dakar in the village of Palmarin at the gates of the Sine Saloum region. We find it nestled in a picturesque setting of white sand beach, mangroves, and the Atlantic Ocean.
This family-owned establishment is calm, luxurious and authentic: it uses materials from the region and local crafts.
In 2019, our distributor Palmex Senegal began installing the eco-friendly synthetic thatch on the hotel to benefit from a 100% waterproof roof, resistant to fire, wind and insects / pests – durable for 50 years. The project was completed in 2021 for a total of 5000 sqm.

There are villas offering breathtaking views of the ocean with swimming pool and large shaded terrace & daybeds. The mix of decoration between local crafts and design is very popular with customers. The modern and luxurious garden or ocean suites are also available.
